Napoleon Hill’s original course on achievement
Before Think and Grow Rich, Napoleon Hill published The Law of Success, a long course built from years of studying how successful people worked. It is organised as a series of lessons, starting with “The Master Mind” and moving through principles such as a definite chief aim, self-confidence, the habit of saving, initiative and leadership, imagination and enthusiasm. Each lesson explains one habit of thought or action and shows how it supports the others.
This app lets you work through those lessons on your phone without an internet connection. The lesson list shows the length of each lesson and roughly how long it takes to read, which helps when the course is as substantial as this one.
Who it’s for
It’s a good fit for readers who like structured self-development: people who want to study one principle at a time, students and young professionals building good habits, and fans of Hill’s later books who want to see where his ideas began. Because it works offline, it’s also practical for anyone with limited data.
How to use it
- Open the app and pick a lesson from the list. Lesson 1, The Master Mind, is the natural starting point.
- Read at your own pace, then bookmark any passage you want to come back to.
- Close the app whenever you like. Next time, carry on from where you left off.
- In settings, turn on night mode for evening reading and adjust the font and text size.
- Keep an eye on the daily motivational thought taken from the book.
The lessons are long, so a steady approach works well: spread one lesson over several days and note a single action to try from each. Having the course on your phone makes that easy.

The Law of Success came first, in 1928, and is laid out as a longer course of lessons, each focused on one principle such as a definite chief aim, self-confidence or the habit of saving. Think and Grow Rich, published in 1937, is shorter. If you enjoyed one, the other is a natural next read, and we have an app for each.
